My orange dial arrived today what can I say, brilliant watch, excellent service and excellent price. AND What can I say; I should have listened to Keith. I ordered my orange dial Reef Ranger and expressed interest in the yellow dial. Keith said why not order both and save on the postal charges but I erred on the cautious side and weighted for my orange dial. It arrived and what can you say fantastic! OK quick order the yellow dial; nightmare all sold out a long weight for the next batch. Ok on to the forums what's my chance only fifteen in the world so far. But luck favors the righteous or so I tell myself. One "came" up for grabs. Great! ... Picked it up today, I thought my orange dial was brilliant but the yellow dial is fantastic. I like it even more than my orange dial if that is possible. Vibrant yellow dial looks much more than the price suggests. Could you ask for anything more? Well maybe a black dial as well. Gotta say it's a spectacular watch! Just got my yellow face and it's a work of art. There are a lot of watches in the same price range ... and for the price the quality is head and shoulders above (others). Oh, and the lume ... is gorgeous and bright. This is a great watch! The watch looks great overall - it gets a lot of attention in the office, feels nice and solid on me, the lume is superb ... the bezel is nice and tight and doesn't accidently slip on me, and for whatever it is worth - for some reason the watch feels "warm" on my wrist - most other SS watches feel cold or chilly - this one is almost like wearing a second skin. I was about to take a leap of faith on one of the other "hit-or-miss" brands till the info I was getting gave me reason to pause. I am SOOOO glad I did. I read everything I could find, received unanimous thumbs-up from forum members, then I emailed Keith. Hmmm.. a near immediate response? What kind of business concept is that? I placed my order, blinked, and the watch arrived. As I gawked over the Blue-dial wonder something minor caught my eye. I emailed Keith about it. AGAIN, a near immediate response (A CONSPIRACY, I TELL YOU!!) He took the issue personally and did not think twice about how to handle it. He sent me another. Keep in mind that in the amount of time it takes to order a single watch from "the other guys", from Keith I ordered a watch, returned a watch, and received a new watch?.all within about a week's time. The only way Keith could have handled it any more quickly or personally would have been for him to be standing in my living room! (I don't think I saw him there) And the watch? HOLY CR-----! What a piece of sparkling, functional, rock-solid art! Before I knew it I was wiping my chin? (yes, the drool had returned) ... Keith and the Reef Ranger: A fantastic product with customer service and personal attention to back it up. I WILL be looking forward to his future offerings. Even IF the RR was not as stellar as it is, Keith's handling of everything will make it impossible for me to avoid doing business with him again. Today I received my Blue Reef Ranger # 0033. After a lot of searching and reading and pricing I decided on the Reef Ranger. Pictures really don't do the watch dial justice, especially in the sun. A beautiful heavy duty watch. ... So I sent Keith an email to ask a shipping question and received an almost immediate reply. So that got me thinking...a couple emails later and it was a done deal. Ordered it late Tuesday afternoon and it was at my door this am Thursday. Now of all the watch brands out there, I don't think you can email the owner of the company and get responses like Keith sends them. He made it a personal purchase.... unlike buying something from a huge manufacturer overseas ...they are happy you bought their product but you are just a number to them. I am in business for myself..... Customer service is very important to me. So my hat is off to you Keith for providing an amazing product at a reasonable price and for your excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE !! So try his product and service you might just be surprised.- Chris P. Received my Black Reef Ranger yesterday and my first impression is that the quality looks outstanding. ... The size is perfect not too big not too small. The screws on the bracelet, the sapphire crystal, the polished bezel and the matt stainless steel bracelet all make this watch look like it will last forever. This is the best watch I ever owned and it surpasses the S???? S??? which I'm always scared of scratching because of the painted bezel and the hardlex crystal. I must say..your watch is outstanding. I have had..and worn..numerous watches. My most expensive acquisition was an Omega PO..and many others in between. Bottom line..after wearing yours I would get rid of them all! Your Reef Ranger wears solid..feels solid..and looks amazing. I thought I was crazy when I sat and stared at my PO for what seemed like hours..well..I must be crazy..because I have worn my recently purchased "blue dial" Reef Ranger for almost a day now..and I can't help but look at the watch whenever I have a chance!
