BOSCHETT Timepieces twelve-month limited warranty
Your BOSCHETT watch is
warranted by BOSCHETT TIMEPIECES, LLC for a period of twelve (12) months from
the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or
workmanship existing at the time of purchase.
This warranty is valid only if the warranty certificate is dated,
completed in its entirety and stamped by BOSCHETT TIMEPIECES, LLC or an
authorized BOSCHETT dealer.
This warranty does not
cover:
- normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratches
to crystal, bezel, bezel insert, case and bracelet; alteration of the
color or material of non-metallic straps, such as leather, rubber or
textile);
- battery;
- damage cause by tampering with or opening the
watch or by other than normal use;
- damage or defects caused by mistreatment or
modification through the addition or substitution of parts or accessories
not supplied by BOSCHETT;
- damage or defects caused by repairs performed
other than by one authorized by BOSCHETT;
- water infiltration due to failure to
completely screw in the crown or leaving the crown out (on non-screw-in
crown models) or by use at depths in excess of the water resistance rating
imprinted on the watch;
- loss or theft.
In the event of a
malfunction arising within the warranty period, BOSCHETT TIMEPIECES, LLC will
remedy the defect at no cost to the consumer.
To receive warranty service, you must email us at warranty@boschett-timepieces.com
and receive a return authorization. To
receive warranty service, ship the watch, postage pre-paid, and copy of the warranty
certificate in accordance with the instructions given with the return
authorization. Include your name,
address, phone number, email address and a statement describing the specific
nature of the problem.
When returning the watch,
be sure to pack it securely and insure the watch for its full replacement value. We recommend you use registered or insured
mail or a courier service. BOSCHETT
TIMEPIECES is not responsible if your watch is lost in-transit.
